A beautiful trattoria whose reputation is no longer to be done. An elegant décor in which one feels right away: large stone, frescos at the walls, bright red seat and a small, rustic side, given by wooden tables and plants which adorn the places. The map reels some classics of perfectly mastered Italian cuisine: carpaccio, polenta, risottos, linguine and seafood. As for the antipastis they are simply remarkable by the freshness of the products, the quality of olive oils and vinegar… And this quality is also found in the choice of fresh pasta and in cream cream. Here you will find the ultraclassique and ill maltraité tiramisu present on all Italian maps. Bravo for the mastery of preparations that do not hide over the years! Should I specify that it is useful to book? The address is deserved but you leave it happy and conquered.
