In 2019, Citéco, the new museum dedicated to the economy, was inaugurated in the heart of the magnificent Hôtel Gaillard, a listed historic monument. Today, visitors can discover a modern, didactic permanent exhibition covering 2,400 m² and organized around 6 themes: exchanges, players, markets, instabilities, regulations, treasures. These concepts and issues are often obscure to the uninitiated, and Citéco's aim is to make them more accessible and attractive through dynamic scenography, all in a unique setting.

Opening time and information on CITÉCO
Open Tuesday to Friday and Sunday from 2 to 6 pm; Saturday from 2 to 7 pm. Nocturne first Thursday of the month. Free for children under 6 years old. Adult : 12 € (18-25 years old : 9 € ; reduced : 10 €). Children (6 to 17 years old) : 6 €. Group (4 persons) : 29 €.

Here, you'll enjoy a captivating, immersive experience into the complex world of economics. The permanent exhibits, both interactive and entertaining, provide an insight into the fundamentals of economics, while the temporary exhibits shed light on contemporary and historical economic themes, encouraging visitors to reflect on current issues. The museum also offers a wide variety of activities for young and old, encouraging learning while having fun. Guided tours and creative workshops such as "Fabrique ton billet!" or "l'éco game" provide a fun way to discover the economic concepts that shape our daily lives. Citéco also organizes a variety of events, including special nocturnes every first Thursday of the month, conferences on current economic topics, and film screenings. On-site, a café awaits you for a gourmet break, as well as a boutique-library stocked with fascinating books and articles. A visit is a must!
