Phoenix hotel is located in the centre of Paris in the prestigious "Etoile Champs-Elysées" district, in a quiet street and close to the subway. This two stars hotel is very simple and not too famous for it is not listed by the online reservation websites but ideal for a family vacation because the rooms are very comfortable for a great time at affordable rates.

Proche arc de triomphe, salle de bain minuscule qui ne permet pas de fermer la porte quand vous êtes aux toilettes. Manque de propreté. 6eme étage accessible à pied uniquement. TV bancale. Petit déjeuner très basique. Personnel sympathique.

Aunque es cierto que tiene muy buena ubicación porque está justo al lado del arco del triunfo, no merece la pena quedarse aquí. En primer lugar, mucho ruido, se escucha todo. Luego, el ascensor cabe una persona solo. El cuarto baño muy pequeño, sin AGUA CALIENTE, llamamos a recepción y nos dicen que al día siguiente irá un técnico (al día siguiente nos íbamos). Luego nos piden 80€ de fianza (cosa que no se indica en la reserva). Si no fuera por la ubicación este hotel no tendría nadie.

Excelente ubicación, pequeño pero acogedor. Desayuno regular pero fresco y suficiente para iniciar el día. Todo limpio.
