Well located hotel with a pleasant welcome and equipped rooms with modern decoration.
It is not a luxury hotel but it is located on its situation just a few steps from the Palais des Congrès and the Champs-Elysées. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms are not huge but perfectly equipped and less impersonal than in a chain hotel of the same category. In Deluxe rooms, a trouser press, slippers and a plush bathrobe are available for guests. The decoration is modern and simple and the rooms all offer the same equipment. It is preferable to warn of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.

パリの高い物価とほどほどに便利な立地を考慮すると、質素な部屋も許容範囲で、星3つだと思います。残念だったのは、チェックアウト時に自分が持ち込んだボトルだと説明してフロントの方にわかってもらったにも関わらず、ワイン代がその後請求されたことです。メールやホームページからクレームしましたが、返信が全くありませんでした。私の場合は少額だったので仕方なくそのまま支払いましたが、誠意に欠ける対応でしたので二度と宿泊することはありません。

Excellent accueil de l ensemble du personnel ce matin pour un café ☕️ à l improviste pour suivre une visio dans le calme. Très bel emplacement .

The rooms were unclean, black hairs found in the bathroom around the sink, on the towels and on the bed. We had to use our own pillow cases as covered in stains. The staff were rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. The location is okay but in a ridiculously busy main road and the noise from the road is constant all night. When arriving we had to pay a €150 euro deposit which wasn’t well advertised when booking the hotel. Then when advised we would receive this back they only sent €125 euros and claimed we used the mini bar when we didn’t even open the fridge. Upon calling the hotel to question this the lady on the phone continued to insist she didn’t understand and then laughed and hung up the phone. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again. Absolutely horrific experience I’ve never met staff in hospitality like it.

Une très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable, spécialement Sonia la gouvernante qui est d’une grande gentillesse et qui a prit le temps de vérifier que tout se passe au mieux pour nous. Je recommande !
