Cet hôtel est idéalement placé pour une escapade parisienne. On peut se rendre au Palais des Congrès à pied et sur les champs Elysées également pour les marcheurs.
Pour la chambre, rien à dire, c'est un 4 étoiles.
This was for us a business trip, and on our last day (A Monday), we informed reception that we would like to have a late checkout, they said that exceptionally they’ll allow us to leave at 13:00 instead of 12:00. We had meetings downtown that morning, and we rushed back to the hotel and made it there by 13:04 (we’ve taken two metros to get back on time), the two ladies refused to give us a break and decided to charge us an extra night!!! We asked to be little understanding and explained that they work in the service industry and it’s a common practice to cut clients some slack!! I even agreed to pay a fee, or a day use. They simply refused and went ahead and charged my card for one extra night 220€.
Being a travel industry professional, I found this behavior unacceptable and disgraceful, there is a big part of what we do in our jobs, it is called, customer service, and it is more important in the hotel and tourism industry.
We have decided to take this with the local authorities in France and with the local Hotels and hospitality associations to make sure they put a stop the abuse we went through!!!
