Great location 4 minute walk from Porte de Champeret Metro line which gets you into the heart of Paris towards Opera. Nice staff. Calm, clean, modern, elegant. Lovely hotel

Lovely room, great neighbourhood.
Staff were excellent, went above and beyond organising a doctor's appointment for us.
Could not reccomend more.

Personalmente nos encantó el hotel en todos los sentidos, increíble atención por parte de absolutamente todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras, nos ayudaron en todo momento incluso a imprimir unos papeles que necesitábamos, a buscar sitios donde cenar, también destacar la atención y amabilidad del camarero que ofrece el servicio de desayuno, el desayuno estaba muy bueno.
Las habitaciones muy limpias y sobre todo super cómodas. Desde luego volveré y lo recomiendo!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Autonio took care of all our needs and made our trip even more special. The breakfast was tasty and the chef was very friendly. The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect hotel for relaxing. I would definitely pay a second visit :)

The Service.is really bad. The don’t have vine open the when and my Room We no permission to fix a lights. We ask for power adapter to have lit. The guy front seat sen me to buy one and teje rain because the only. Carry one and the hotel

We were happy to stay in this hotel during our visit to Paris. It's located 5 minutes from the Metro station, and taxis are always available near the hotel. The staff was very, very friendly; they allowed us to check in 2.5 hours earlier and also let us keep our luggage in the hall after check-out, allowing us to spend more time in the city without backpacks. We really appreciate that! Besides that, they gave us a free upgrade to our room - we got a room with a terrace and a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. We will definitely come back again! ????

Perfetta ubicazione, personale attento e competente, Silvia ottimo manager e Tadeo un professionista nel suo mestiere, ogni volta che ritornerò a Parigi verrò sempre qua. Camere pulitissime e colazione da 5 ⭐️. Complimenti continuate sempre così.

Un hotel excel·lent! El tracte fantàstic, les habitacions precioses i molt parisenques! Es precios i està tot molt net i cuidat! Aprop de les estacions de metro, en 20m o menys ets al centre de paris! Hi tornaria sens dubte:)

This is a great place to enjoy a great holyday or just a work trip. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Everything you will ever need îs there and more. The staff îs very professional and ready to help you in any moment. The hotel îs olaso located near the bus stop and the metro.
Surely will return if the chance will come by.

I loved my stay here. It was wonderful and very comfortable. The food is varied and delicious. The attention of the staff is perfect and smooth. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the important tourist places in Paris. If you want to walk or take a taxi.
I really recommend it very much. The hotel is elegant and warm.????????

Visited Paris for the weekend just for a short get away, there aren’t enough words to even begin describing how amazing the hotel was. The lady on the reception when we first entered was lovely and spoke English well. We got upgraded to the suite room for our one night and it was outstanding. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower especially at night when it sparkles, the room was spotlessly clean and the decor was modern and comfortable. As I say no amount of words can do it justice, we will be back !

Hotel advertised the wrong rate online, then cancelled our reservation due to there mistake with no resolution offered. Left with the stress of having to make alternative arrangements with no apology, why cancel a room already booked and risk not selling the room at all? Nonsensical and lack of common business sense.
If you won't honour advertised prices at the time of booking, don't be surprised when you continue to lose business.
Left with having to find alternative accommodation now with little time and at risk of ruining our trip.

Déçue du professionnalisme de cet établissement, nous avions la bonne volonté de séjourné dans cet hôtel mais malheureusement la catégorie de chambre que nous avions réserver était décevante ( pas de chauffage , mal sonoriser avec des bruits de plomberie à travers les murs ( on pouvait entre quand un client tirait la chasse d’eau ). Résultat des courses : changement d’hôtel en payant la moitié de la nuit , service très désagréable et aucune empathie. Dommage
