HYATT REGENCY ETOILE * * * *
Skyscraper hotel with elegant, modern, and comfortable rooms. Sunday brunch at a good value.
Paris's only skyscraper hotel offers 995 renovated rooms and suites on 34 floors, with a bar with panoramic views on the 34th floor, the Windo Skybar. Its restaurant, Mayo, surprises with its open spaces, contemporary design and creatively presented local produce. Don't miss the Sunday brunch, which offers excellent value for money. The rooms are elegant, modern and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Just a stone's throw from Porte Maillot, the hotel is within easy reach of all major points of interest.

The executive lounge has a nice view of Eiffel Tower. Our rooms had city view.
There is a Metro station near by. This hotel is not in the centre of the city. It is in the suburb.
The check in was medicure for a large hotel. Sadly group booking rushing and yelling no order from staff.
An absolute chaos, deafening, we felt like we were in a market overseas. The reception was rude checking us in. We had to emphasize our globalist status many times to her.
The breakfast was very busy, not what we expected. We went out the following day, dirty floor slippery.
We paid €450 per night, €900. for both rooms. We expected luxury, but the truth is there is nothing luxurious about it.
We wondered how Hyatt elevated this hotel with its horrible conditions to Cat 5?
The facts are surprising, it is the manipulations of the previous general manager Michel Morauw. Presently he is at Hyatt EAME office.
This manipulation is deceptive and betrayal to Hyatt Loyal guests; who are trusting the brand and discover something else.
To be honest, we will never recommend Hyatt Regency Etoile for its operation and deceptive operation.
It is not even a cat 4, it is CRAZY to be labeled as Cat 5.
Hyatt wake up and fix this Mess!!
