Chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi offers a pure and minimalist cuisine, in tune with the seasons. It is a tribute to the local products that he loves and puts on stage in signature dishes where Japanese and French influences are mixed. The uncluttered decor of the room and the attentive service make the culinary experience even more pleasant. But beyond its talented chef, what makes the Scène Thélème an exceptional address is that the establishment is also a theatre, since you can attend a real play from 7pm onwards, and the programme varies from month to month, just like in any other theatre. But, be careful, the places are limited to 50, think to reserve. You can come just to see the play but most of the spectators continue the show at the table while enjoying a good meal.

Délicieux comme sa présentation visuelle, les plats sont un spectacle dans lequel son casting d'ingrédients japonais traditionnels comme le shiitake dans une interprétation de la cuisine française moderne avec l'influence claire du chef japonais. Le service était malheureusement un peu défectueux, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un spectacle que je recommanderais.
Sur le plan culinaire, mes papilles n ont pas voyagé comme je l aurais souhaité . Un peu déçue quand même
Salle raffinée quoique d'ambiance un peu froide (salle du fond).
Belle cave mais vins au verre plutôt chers.
