Restaurant with a Parisian bistro atmosphere offering South American meats.

Fashionable Parisian bistro atmosphere for this Recoleta which takes its name from a barrio (a neighbourhood) of Buenos Aires centre, and its menu, unsurprisingly, highlights the  South American meat (Argentina steak, Uruguay rump aiguillette, etc.).

A lot of picadas, kinds of appetisers, are offered and there is a wide choice between Pata Negra pork ham, Galicia beef ham, iberian chorizo ou the gouda. Here, everything is rustic and authentic while remaining elegant and especially gourmet.

Excellent restaurant. La viande argentine est très tendre, la sauce Chimichurri est délicieuse et les portions de dessert sont généreuses. Je recommande !
