A Meilleur ouvrier de France (MOF) has succeeded another Meilleur ouvrier de France. In this case, Michel Fouchereau has handed over his shop in Auteuil to Laurent Dubois, who needs no introduction. Designated MOF in 2000 thanks to a "pyramid of flavours" made up of 120 cheeses, this former management student has developed a know-how based on high standards, permanent sourcing and product quality.
