A quelques pas du métro, l'endroit est assez sûr, il y a des magasins tout le long de la rue pour faire du shopping, il y a deux supermarchés dans le quartier Monoprix.
Il y a également des restaurants asiatiques, des buffets et des rôtisseries de sushis dans le quartier, et la boulangerie à côté est également très bonne.
L'ascenseur est très petit, un grand bagage est presque plein.
Le service clientèle est assez français.
