Belle table avec un service impeccable. Nous avons choisi Le Menu du Pré proposé par Frédéric Anton. Nous avons vraiment apprécié : le velouté de fenouil, le crabe au curry et caviar, les raviolis et nems de langoustines, le turbot parfaitement cuit enveloppé dans une fine feuille d'algue, la joue de veau confite aux asperges et champignons, les fromages, la tarte au citron revisitée. Un petit bémol la tarte fondante au chocolat était trop puissante et est venue anesthésier l'explosion de saveur vécue auparavant. Une de nos convives avait préféré la pomme soufflée croustillante. Elle a fait le bon choix ! Excellent moment partagé avec nos amis !
