La Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine, con i suoi oltre 20.000 metri quadrati, è la più ampia istituzione europea dedicata alla promozione della cultura architettonica e urbanistica. Occupa parte del Palais de Chaillot, maestoso complesso architettonico progettato per l'Exposition Universelle del 1937 che sorge proprio di fronte alla Tour Eiffel, dall'altro lato del Pont d'Iéna.Inaugurata nel 2007, comprende un museo, un osservatorio della creazione architettonica, un centro archivistico, la più grande biblioteca d'Europa dedicata all'architettura contemporanea (che conta circa 45.000 volumi) e un centro di formazione per urbanisti e architetti del patrimonio.

Beautiful museum with a relatively relaxed atmosphere, as there are not hundreds of people waiting. The exposition with original artifacts of Nôtre Dame were very interesting.

큰 기대 없이 갔는데 생각보다 너무 볼 거리가 많았어요

파리 내 여러 건축물들 모형부터 조각상들까지 다채롭게 구성되어 있고 지금 노트르담 대성당 복원사업 주제로 특별 전시 진행중이어서 더 재미있었음-!

뮤지엄패스 예약하고 가시면 되니까 ㅅ에펠탑 가기 전에 들러보시면 좋을덧~

Disrespectful security personnel.

We bought tickets for the permanent and temporary exhibitions, but when we went to the temporary rooms downstairs at 18:30 (closing is at 19:00), the Metro exhibition was already closed.

We entered the other exhibition that was still open, but a security guard stormed after us yelling that we had to leave. When I showed him my tickets he kept shouting that the person who could scan them had already left and that the exhibition was closed.

There were still plenty of others in the room trying to go about their visits. This was a very embarrassing experience infront of them and there was no need for the guard to be so loud while I was standing next to him.

I really wanted to see the Metro exhibition, but I won't be coming back.
