Museum presenting numerous temporary exhibitions, with permanent trails, and discoveries of Fauvist artists

The museum boasts a collection of over 15,000 works representing ^20th-century art, including Raoul Dufy's monumental Electric Fairy at the entrance. Temporary exhibitions complement the two permanent exhibitions. The first, historical, takes 1901 as its starting point; over the years, we discover Fauve, Cubist, Post-Cubist and Surrealist artists... The second is more contemporary, starting with the 1960s.

Le Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris (MAM) est un musée municipal dédié à l’art moderne et contemporain, situé dans l’aile est du Palais de Tokyo, au 11 avenue du Président Wilson, dans le 16e arrondissement de Paris. Inauguré en 1961, il abrite une collection de plus de 15 000 œuvres couvrant les principaux courants artistiques du XXe siècle jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Parmi les artistes représentés figurent Picasso, Matisse, Delaunay, Chagall, Boltanski et Parreno. Le musée propose également des expositions temporaires et des événements culturels tout au long de l’année.
