Très mécontent de la relation commerciale après vente. Ce magasin vend des produits et ne gère pas la suite. Pour mon exemple, ils m'ont vendu un écran électrique (en + du video projecteur...) qui s'est avéré à l'installation moins net que le mur blanc. Malgré son état neuf, ils n'ont pas voulu entendre une reprise même à prix discount alors que ce produit est toujours référencé chez eux. Pour l'installation, ils n'ont pas de réseau de sous traitants, il faut se débrouiller et trouver un électricien compétent...
