This hotel is three star for a reason.. The location is excellent close to Eiffel tower and good access to the metro in a fairly quiet location however there is no lounge or bar staff said there were plenty of nearby places! The bed bases especially in our room 301 sqeeked and on one day the lift broke down but it was fixed fairly quickly but still felt not good. The breakfast was good but no cooked food. Finally the staff who were polite but never smiled or looked like they were proud of there job. Good location shame about the rest

A very cute hotel small, but perfect. The staff were very good and tried their best to accommodate us BUT the management do not listen to their feedbacks. The main problem being that the beds are on two bases but not two mattresses so there are very few twin bedded rooms and when with friends or family this is ridiculous. |Not the staffs fault but difficult for them. |The bedroom was perfect otherwise. We were here for sightseeing but the TV controls were broken so that didn’t work. The air conditioning controls were not switched on but the windows opened so that was far better. There is the usual fridge in the room but the safe did not work. It was in a lovely endroit and perfect for trains buses and the beautiful Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of nearby bistros with great ambience. A little tweaking and this hotel is great.

Direkt bei der Metro-Station Dupleix, perfekt wenn man den Eiffelturm täglich sehen möchte und auch generell gut situiert, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Freundliches Service, saubere kleine Zimmer, gutes kontinentales Frühstück. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Overall it was a really nice stay.
Pros: Good sized rooms, very comfortable, and excellent location, close to the Eiffel tower and the Metro.
Cons: the room was a bit drafty, hot water was inconsistent and the lift was broken for a bit, but was fixed by the next morning.

Flott hotell med utmerket beliggenhet til både metro i umiddelbar nærhet, som gjør at man kommer seg lett rundt i Paris, og Eiffeltårnet som er en ca 15 minutters gåtur unna.

Rommene var litt små, men mer enn overkommelig for de 4 nettene vi var der.

Gran hotel !! Tiene una ubicación estratégica, desde nueva ventana veíamos parte de la torre Eiffel.
La habitación era demasiado chica pero nos pudimos acomodar bien!
El servicio excelente! Nos atendieron súper bien, amables y hablaban en español

No complaints about this little hotel. Ideally situated 2 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. We actually had an Eiffel Tower view from our window. Nice breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Only one minor downside...no bar !. There are some nice little restaurants and bars nearby . Try Plan B bar for a pre meal drink and try the Lebanese around the corner. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you

We stayed at the Hotel Eiffel capitol for our first visit to Paris and had a wonderful experience! Voltaire was especially wonderful and was very accommodating as well as the other staff members. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and stay again!

Location is great
We requested to do not give us red dark room but we got the similar colour. We went back and told the receptionist for our request he offered us different colour but smaller room. We were ok with it. Room was good though but in the shower water stays. It wasn't draining properly. It was difficult to take shower.Receptionist's behaviour during check in was Disappointing during check in. But during check out he talked to me properly.

What a nice hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and decent. Very helpful staff and the hotel is conveniently located. It's only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and you can find a couple of bakeries nearby as well.

Ja, die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber erfüllt sein Zweck. Denn man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Die Lage ist top, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Wir waren drei Nächte da und haben uns wohl gefühlt . Lediglich der Preis könnte günstiger sein, aber das wird wohl der Lage geschuldet sein (lediglich 15min zu Fuss zum Eifelturm).

I'm so glad we chose this hotel for our trip to Paris. The location is ideal, with many cafés, restaurants, and boulangeries nearby and a metro stop right around the corner. The staff were very pleasant as well. The rooms were comfortable and bright, but overall pretty mediocre and exactly what you would expect. Our only issue was getting woken up from a nap by an unannounced routine test of the fire alarms. Not ideal, but the staff explained that it was a mandatory test and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a 4 night reservation at this hotel. After I booked, I had a question and emailed the hotel (Isabelle, the manager.) Their website states, "The whole team and I are happy to welcome you to our warm hotel. We will do everything possible to make you feel as comfortable as at home. See you soon!"
After repeated attempts, I never heard back from the hotel. So, I ended up cancelling the reservation and booked with another establishment. I can only imagine what the level of service would be if I really need any assistance after i check-in. Luckily, I booked the refundable option

Pros|- 5-10 min walk to Eiffel Tower|- Some supermarkets nearby |- Friendly staff|- Bedroom size was okay, a little small but we didn't spend too much time in it|- Can keep bags there when checking out and collect before flight||Cons|- Paper thin walls, could hear other guests in the corridors and in rooms nearby|- Could hear people and vehicles outside the window throughout the night waking us up|- Bathroom in need of an update, was a bit grubby |- Very creaky bed|- Hairdryer in bathroom not very powerful and only one heat setting but did the job
