Restaurant in a refined setting offering traditional dishes of the Berber cuisine.

The Tipaza welcomes us in a refined setting to taste traditional dishes of Berber cuisine. Kefta and brick of and tuna as an entry, and then comes the choice of tajine. Lamb, candied lemon and olives, egg and olives, candied prunes and roasted almonds or the dolma stew with homemade lamb and beef boulettes, fig, date and onions impregnated with ginger. Alongside the tajines, a tempting selection of grilled meats, from the méchoui to the rumsteak, not forgetting the merguez and skewers of a leg of lamb. For their part, couscous, chicken, kefta, merguez or mixed, are served with semolina and broth at will. The framework is pleasant and friendly service. All dishes are also sold to take.

Je viens de commander sur Uber, et je recommande vivement ce restaurant ! La brick œuf thon est arrivée bien chaude avec le jaune de l'œuf coulant, le Coucou Royal est vraiment délicieux. Les légumes et la sauce dégagent un parfum envoûtant d'épices. Les viandes sont de bonne qualité, la cuisson est maîtrisée. La harissa maison est un peu salée. Les portions sont généreuses, et le conditionnement de la commande est bien géré. Chacun des éléments cités est séparé dans des emballages réutilisables.

Déçue du service, serveur désagréable, mauvaise expérience ce qui est très rare en restauration orientale. Plats médiocres, thé et desserts mauvais. Joli cadre mais grande déception, ce restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de la note sur Google ou La Fourchette (d'ailleurs le restaurant n'a pas appliqué les -20% comme indiqué sur la réservation). Je déconseille car il y a tellement de restaurant marocains excellents sur Paris… du temps et de l'argent gâchés.

Très bon restaurant, convivial chaleureux et tout le monde a toujours le sourire. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Et la cuisine est parfaite et succulente. Et le prix est top car les quantités sont parfaites
