Restaurant in a refined setting offering traditional dishes of the Berber cuisine.

The Tipaza welcomes us in a refined setting to taste traditional dishes of Berber cuisine. Kefta and brick of and tuna as an entry, and then comes the choice of tajine. Lamb, candied lemon and olives, egg and olives, candied prunes and roasted almonds or the dolma stew with homemade lamb and beef boulettes, fig, date and onions impregnated with ginger. Alongside the tajines, a tempting selection of grilled meats, from the méchoui to the rumsteak, not forgetting the merguez and skewers of a leg of lamb. For their part, couscous, chicken, kefta, merguez or mixed, are served with semolina and broth at will. The framework is pleasant and friendly service. All dishes are also sold to take.

Un beau restaurant, un service correct mais l’essentiel est raté: la cuisine. La viande de basse qualité , de la brebis servie comme agneau. Le tagine ou ca ressemble à une bouillie de légumes et de Vial de. Depuis le changement de propriétaire, ce resto a coulé.

Une très belle découverte que ce restaurant, où même si le cadre reste traditionnel à la culture maghrébine, l'accueil est chaleureux, avec un personnel agréable et efficace. La carte est variée, avec ses spécialités tajine, keftas et couscous, sous toutes leurs conjugaisons, mais propose aussi des grillades et plats locaux à l'occidentale. C'est bon, très bon et les prix bien en dessous de ceux pratiqués par ailleurs.

Dépaysement garanti dans ce restaurant marocain, aussi bien dans l'assiette aux couleurs orientales que dans la décoration maghrébine des lieux. Les mets sont divins et préparés avec minutie.
