Christophe Le Bourdais and his wife Sylvette are involved in this neighbourhood butchery dating back to 1920 and they know how to perpetuate the traditional tradition. They are smiling, friendly and always excellent advice. The shop is nickel and first-class meat is well presented. Christophe shares himself with the producers to buy. The charolaise beef coast is superb but the poultry also deserve admiration, especially Bresse chickens, Capons, Poulardes and Turkeys during festive periods. During the hunting season, game enthusiasts can enjoy wild ducks, deer, wild boar. There is a tripier radius and preparations such as homemade gras.
