Gradually forgotten over the years, this legendary Montparnasse venue from the Sartre/Beauvoir years has quietly been restored to its former glory. At the helm of this rescue are some well-known names: Chiara Mastroianni, Benjamin Biolay, Melvil Poupaud and Mathieu Demy. Although they don't wish to show off, their work has paid off: intimate, with a refreshed decor that remains true to the spirit, with a piano that dominates and dictates the atmosphere, the Rosebud has regained its colors. Last but not least, the cocktails are worth the detour.
