Since 1980, the Italian Comedy has been established in a former commissariat. A nearby boutique has been attached to expand the entrance hall. This room of a hundred seats exclusively from the pieces of Italian, Classical and Contemporary authors, many of which have never been presented in France. His founders are actress Hélène Lestrade and director Attilio Maggiulli, former student of the Piccolo Teatro of Milan past the Comédie-Française and the Sun Theatre of Ariane Clown. He is a specialist in the Commedia dell'arte, who founded the Teatrino Italiano from Montparnasse in 1974 on rue du Maine. Pantomimes, texts by Ovid, Goldoni, Machiavelli, Casanova, Malaparte, Gramci, Pavese or Pasolini were mounted here in French. In addition, a school of Italian commedia issues courses and organizes courses in this unique place.

Le spectacle « Les délices du baiser » est d’une fraîcheur extraordinaire avec une alternance de scènes dans le pur style de la tradition italienne. Les cinq acteurs sont extraordinaires dans leur jeu et leurs rôles, prenant même le public à témoin.
N’hésitez pas à réserver pour passer une soirée d’exception dans ce théâtre ! C’est le seul du genre en France.
