Hostel with mixed and female dormitories and a 2-star hotel near Montparnasse station with excellent value for money.
Do not look for Hôtel de Blois anymore. It made way to an address that is both a mixed dormitory hostel and for women with showers and toilets, and also a two-star comfortable hotel. All the single rooms have their private bathrooms. They are bright and contemporary. The residents also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge equipped with a computer. Breakfast is offered. The hotel is ideally located close to the Montparnasse train station, Denfert-Rochereau square where you can reach the RER serving the Stade de France or the Charles-de-Gaulle airport, but also Orly-Bus, and it is close to the Porte De Versailles exhibition centre. It is an excellent quality/price ratio for the neighbourhood.

近くには朝早くから開いている少し不愛想なパン屋さん、地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストラン、マルシェもあり、のんびりとしたパリライフを楽しむことができました。
部屋は女子３人部屋、静かで快適に過ごせました。とても安く、便利で快適。また泊まりたいと思います。

I came across this hotel on Agoda while browsing options and accidentally booked it. Within just a few minutes, I realized the mistake and saw I had already been charged. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain what happened, my trip isn't for another 6 months, and the booking had just gone through!
Despite all that, the hotel refused to refund me. Most hotels understand that charges typically go through an authorization hold first, especially when it's a clear and immediate mistake. Not this one. They wouldn't budge , and worse, they're impossible to reach. Agoda even tried to help, but couldn't get in touch with anyone either. It's like this place doesn't even have customer service.
How can a hotel operate with zero communication or flexibility? It's not just unprofessional, it's greedy.
Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There's nothing worse than losing money months in advance to a hotel that acts like a ghost once they get your payment. Total disappointment.
