Philippe Dupont and his entire team select the best of the meat from the Limousines, Aubrac, Parthenaise or the famous blonde in Aquitaine. Salé lambs come from Languedoc and poultry from Bresse or Landes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
