This unmissable green monument, designed by architects Jakob and Macfarlane and easy to spot on the banks of the Seine, was once home to the professors and students of the Institut Français de la Mode. Today, it hosts temporary exhibitions, a variety of events and, on its roof, an incredible rooftop overlooking the Seine, with large, busy bars.
