The location, in the south of Paris, is ideal at the crossroads of Avenue d'Ivry and Tolbiac. In addition to the very competitive prices making this hotel a popular address for small budgets, the atmosphere is family, relaxed and the welcome is friendly. The hotel is entirely renovated in 2019, the rooms are very clean, stylish, colourful, bright and practical. Those without TV and with a washbasin are less expensive, the toilets are located in each floor and the showers on the 1st and 4th floors are without lift. The breakfast is taken in the common room which is also very colourful or in the flowered patio when time permits. This hotel regularly proposes special offers for holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year or sporting events and even for seasonal sales or Paris Plage ... A very convenient address among the least expensive in Paris.
