It offers everything you can find in a design hotel. The hotel is very close to the city centre and the hotel is close by. Double rooms have their own bathroom, TV and dormitories have parquet floors. An information booth with leaflets about everything you need to know about Paris is available, and the staff, very courteous, is always ready to help you. I GOT ROBBED — and they didn’t care at all
I stored my belongings in their "luggage storage" area, trusting it would be safe. Big mistake. Someone stole from me — and even though they have security cameras, the staff refused to show any footage or do anything to help.
When I asked for support, they just shrugged, acted like it was no big deal, and were shockingly rude and unprofessional. No apology, no compensation, no sense of responsibility.
What’s the point of cameras if they won’t even check them when something gets stolen? This place is not safe, and the people running it clearly don’t care about their guests.
Stay far away from this place unless you want to be robbed and treated like garbage afterward.
