Small bar-bistro in Paris offering simple couscous and grilled meat.
This little corner bar may not look like much, but you can be sure of a simple, delicious couscous! In fact, you can tell from the crowd that this is a good address. Monsieur Abderrahmane used to serve Coluche, who had a feast at this simple, modest but monstrously generous table, when the plates of couscous arrived! The kind of semolina you can never make at home, melting vegetables, fresh meat as a garnish and, of course, mint tea to finish, conviviality included.

Couscous, accueil, service, ambiance, tout est au top!!!
La nourriture est excellente. Je n'aime pas trop le couscous, mais cet endroit le fait différemment. Je peux dire qu'il est poché dans une sorte de bouillon d'agneau/poulet, et cela a donné au couscous un goût vraiment agréable, même seul - malgré la pléthore de viande dans l'option royale ainsi que le ragoût, et la pâte d'harissa délicieusement ardente.
Service, 4 étoiles. Très bon, mais je réserve 5 étoiles pour un service exceptionnel. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfait et je reviendrais si je venais à Paris à l'avenir !
