I bought last month two diagrids of the brand Pirelli and sofa brand Ditre Italia for my moving in. After two days of waiting I could be issued. I was surprised by the service and I can say the products that I buy are of good quality. Without any hesitation I advise to buy a MOBECO especially for those searching the first-class has low price.

Suite purchase sofa DIVA in October 2010, 2nd change in the mechanics which creaks. The first request at need 3 months waiting and 7 revivals facing a customer service null and almost nonexistent Mobeco. ATTENTION THEY DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE TURN THE STOPWATCH.

We bought at the beginning of November 2010 dan Porte Maillot shop: 6 chairs + 1 unit TV. For chairs after 5 weeks waiting (production lead time) we start the seller... who had forgotten to order: delivery result At the end of February ..... and we are mid-March we still do not have a furniture TV. I not because not followed by the orders on behalf of sellers, unpredictable times. I disappointed (and irritated)

I bought a standard sofa Click Fissure at MOBECO rue de Belleville in Paris, I noted after the departure of the deliverymen anomalous which makes the function very uncomfortable sleeping. I called customer service to have a panne service. I had all sorrows in the world to get you return. For nearly one week I was taken for a ride and I always has nothing. Finally last week, MOBECO sends someone me, who fout me openly and tell me that everything is perfect. It ends by me saying that it will make in one week to repair, but it never returned... I have my sofa from less than one month, but in of version sleeping, it offers with wood wedges and Scotch. If you have a purchase has to make, attention. MOBECO is not very expensive, but there is no service after sales.

Nous avons acheté des matelas chez mobeco place d'Italie que nous avons pris le temps d'essayer, matelas que nous souhaitons souples et pour lesquels nous avons vraiment mis le prix. Après une première livraison, au bout de 15 jours, ces matelas étaient complètement déformés. Des gros trous se formaient a différents endroits alors que pour ma part je pèse moins de 50kg. Ils ont mis beaucoup de temps a les remplacer. Nous avons reçu d'autres matelas, qui eux ne correspondaient pas du tout à ce que nous avions achetés!! Des planches à bois extrêmement durs! Nous sommes retournés en magasin pour expliquer notre problème et s'assurer de la différence entre nos matelas et les matelas d'exposition. Il n'y avait aucun doute, c'était le jour et la nuit, rien a voir avec ce que nous avions acheté. Nos matelas sont excrément durs et ceux d'exposition souples. La différence était flagrante! Après beaucoup de temps ils ont fait passé un expert qui nous a annoncé, avec beaucoup du culot, qu'il n'y avait pas de problème avec ces matelas, qu'ils étaient conforme!! Bref une évidente mauvaise foi! C'est hallucinant! Nous avons pas vraiment de moyen de nous retourner contre le magasin et nous nous retrouvons aujourd'hui avec ces matelas qui ne nous conviennent pas du tout sur les bras! Surtout n'allez pas dans ce magasin!! Pour info les matelas achetés sont des dunlopillo miki!
