Bercy Village is a very popular place for walking and meeting people

Dating back to the 19th century, the former wine cellars of the Bercy warehouses have been refurbished to showcase these stone buildings to their best advantage. This landmark of the French world of work, so important in wine country, is now a temple to consumerism. The rails have been preserved, as have their wooded surroundings. Numerous boutiques, restaurants and a cinema complex, in particular, have been creating a lively shopping centre for the past twenty years! The whole complex is directly accessible by metro line 14.

Petit village dans Paris, qui est destinée uniquement aux piétons. Les rues sont pavées et agréables pour s'y balader. On y trouve pas mal de petits restaurants, assez onéreux ainsi que des boutiques de vêtements et de cosmétiques. Il y a aussi un cinema ugc. Tres bien pour y flâner.

Bercy village is quite unusual with its cobblestones and its rails. Pleasant centre with many café terraces. You feel a light scenery more cars has to move, stone buildings! The place is quite popular with the least very friendly sunshine but shopping or a drink!
