A family-run establishment in a typical Parisian neighbourhood offering decorated and equipped rooms.
The Twelve is a small establishment located halfway between the Place de la Nation and the Vincennes Gate in a typically Parisian neighborhood made of small shopping streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms, all equipped with bath or shower, are very nicely decorated with simplicity and taste in a contemporary spirit. Bathrooms are perfectly equipped with showers or bathtubs.

Absolutamente recomendable. Todo bien organizado y muy limpio. Cuenta con un buen servicio de desayuno.
Cercano a dos líneas de metro, 1 y 6, su ubicación permite movilizarse con economía y rapidez a diversos puntos de interés.
El personal del hotel siempre muy amable y dispuesto a orientar al pasajero.
Cercano al hotel hay varios restaurantes buenos y de precios módicos, también varias farmacias, un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina y frente al hotel una panadería y pasteleria con dulces y sándwiches exquisitos, nada caros.
