The kindnesses of the staff is top notch. They are attentive and professional. We shared lengthy convos with them. We felt welcomed and secured. The area in the 12th is very safe and quiet. Welcoming after a day in the core of Paris. Banks, Auchan, Monoprix, pharmacie, restaurants, pâtisseries are all within 2-3 minutes walk.
We loved our stay. Yes the room is small to North American standards but not to European standards. The bed was excellent. AC was functional. The hotel is super quiet. Toiletries are provided with an excellent powerful dryer.
Bottom line…. The hotel did not disappoint at all. Yes it’s small but they are excellent!!!! Merci à vous tous. On a vraiment adoré notre séjour!
