Accompanied, perhaps, by a traditional aligot, Aubrac beef naturally takes pride of place on the menu, in the form of pavé, burger, tartare or hash. Malheureusement on nous a refusé l’entrée quand nous étions arrivés environ 1h avant la fermeture. Le restaurant était quasiment vide… Très déçu. Je comprends que vous vouliez juste rentrer chez vous.
