Brasserie-restaurant in Paris offering good fresh products, meats and home-made desserts.
Located in the Tour Gamma, at 100 m from the quays, Lyon train station, this brasserie is managed in family. Good seed makes good crop and tradition has made this restaurant offer a quality lunch break in a modern and chic decor. The good fresh products, the chef's hand, the smile of the service, even if you are in a hurry, you find it pleasant to have a treat with steak and french fries, salad, sauce of your choice, a fresh sausage from the southwest, crushed puree, a chicken breast supreme sauce with mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, or a salmon fillet with soy sauce, basmati rice... The desserts (warm apple tarte tatin, vanilla ice-cream or chocolate profiteroles for example) are prepared on site by the establishment's pastry chef…. A really a good address where it's nice to have lunch or to wait for the train.

Le restaurant La Tour se trouve tout juste à côté de la Gare, niché dans un petit centre commercial. Sans connaître, j'ai réussi à trouver, même s'il est bien caché. J'avais réservé une table et j'ai été installée près de la fenêtre.
L'accueil est très chaleureux, très aimable ; le service est excellent et professionnel ; les jus maison sont délicieux, et je me suis régalée tout le long du repas. Bref, tout y est : la cuisine, le service, et l'ambiance qui était aussi au calme.
Un grand merci pour cet accueil, je garde l'adresse pour une prochaine fois ! :)
