Alain Dutournier, chef of the Carré des Feuillants, began his Parisian career here. Moreover, this restaurant still belongs to him. Today, it is Laurent Bouveret who officiates in the kitchen. To get a glimpse of his talent, opt for the menu carte. Among other dishes offered on an autumn day, a chestnut velouté with autumn truffles and pheasant chicken aiguillettes, a "traditional" cassoulet, a monkfish escalope with spinach threads, and for dessert a fine Landes croustade with prune ice cream. A proud cuisine "that sings of the south Adour".

Le hasard qq fois fait bien les choses
Ns avons pris le menu signature un moment exceptionnel j'y reviendrai c sûr qd je remonte sur Paris
Je recommande vivement car rapport qualité prix Extra et encore la qualité et créativité n'ont pas de prix
