La cohab du Groupe SOS Seniors aims to develop intergenerational housing in Paris (this 1901 association was behind the creation, in 2005, of the Cohabitation solidaire intergénérationnelle network, which seeks to promote a dynamic of intergenerational rapprochement throughout France). The association doesn't just put young people and seniors in touch with each other after having assessed their expectations, because it's not a real estate agency. Throughout the year, it provides regular follow-up for all its members (young and old), in accordance with its charter.
