Here is a concept coming straight from Spain: the shot bar! The place is tiny, people come here to drink their little shot at the bar, quickly. What will you drink? You will not know in advance! A list of 600 enigmatic names is displayed on the wall. The order is at your own risk: will you fall for a shot that is flaming, spicy, garnished with candy? Each drink is prepared in front of you, like an art, and the Spanish waiters and waitresses ensure that you drink the whole.
