The service and staff were excellent. Very kind and accommodating. They upgraded our room. On the whole, the room is small. The breakfast included is excellent. No other meals are available in the hotel.
The location gives you the authentic Paris experience, not many tourists. Lots of neighborhood cafes, and patisseries to eat and enjoy. Conversely, it's far from the sights of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and used Uber as needed.

Emplacement très pratique, et facile d'accès, à 2 pas de la place de la Nation, et beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité.
L'insonorisation de l'extérieur est très efficace, la chambre donnait sur le boulevard et pourtant aucun bruit.
Personnel très sympathique.
Rien à redire sur la propreté, les équipements et la qualité de la literie et de la salle de bains.
L'insonorisation par rapport aux autres chambres et aux parties communes laisse toutefois à désirer.

Abbiamo fatto 3 notti alla fine di aprile di solo pernottamento . Posizionamento dell'alabergo strategico e ben visibile . Normalmente , nei nostri piccoli viaggi , preferiamo non pernottare nel centro delle citta' da visitare , sia per costi piu' contenuti , sia per poter vivere piu' a contatto con la citta' non prettamente turistica . Hotel assolutamente consigliato. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per tutta l'accoglienza e l'organizzazione (al check in siamo arrivati alla sera tardi verso le 24) . Complimenti per la pulizia meticolosa . Finestre a doppi vetri che filtrano i rumori esterni . In zona ci sono stazioni metro (la piu' vicina è a Place Nation ) che conducono il turista in qualsiasi angolo di Parigi . Noi consigliamo belle , ma lunghissime passeggiate fino a sera . Ancora una volta Consigliamo questo Hotel !

C’était la deuxième fois que nous venions dans cet hôtel et bien entendu la dernière. La première fois nous avons attendu 20 minutes sur le trottoir un samedi vers 16:30 sonnant comme des désespérés pour qu’on nous ouvre la porte. C’est finalement une cliente passant par la réception qui nous a ouvert. Il fallu encore attendre un réceptionniste dilettante et méprisant pour faire notre checkin. À part cela les chambres sont petites et défraîchies pour un tarif plutôt élevé. Le petit déjeuner est sans intérêt. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de revenir ce qui était une erreur. Tout d’abord l’accueil. Bien que nous ayons réservé avec emprunte de la carte, et que nous soyons déjà venu, le réceptionniste nous redemande cartes d’identité (les deux!), nouvelle emprunte de carte et semblant toujours pas satisfait, il nous annonce qu’il faut finalement payer d’avance. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et j’avoue que même dans les coins les plus reculés de la planète on ne vous traite pas comme ça. Pour le reste, chambre encore plus chère, toujours aussi petite et défraîchie. À fuir!

Pourquoi chercher un autre hôtel quand on doit aller à Paris ? Un petit-déjeuner qui sent bon dans les chambres dès 5h du matin, un emplacement central place de la Nation, des chambres confortables et propres et et un tarif contenu pour un hôtel parisien de ce standing

Pour la chambre je mets un 3. Je l'ai trouvé petite, la cafetière était absolument dégueulasse et quelques travaux sont à faire dans la salle d'eau. En revanche la literie est confortable et le balcon agréable.

J'ai mis un 3 sur 5 pour la chambre car l'insonorisation n'est pas au top, j'entendais très bien mes voisins parler (heureusement ils étaient calmes). Sinon la literie très bien, je donnais sur la rue mais très peu de bruit, et propre. Accueil très sympa, petit déj assez varié (la dame qui s'en occupait était adorable et au petit soin). Je reviendrais !

Un court séjour de 3 nuits : j'ai ADORÉ ! Une chambre petite certes mais très fonctionnelle et cosy, décorée avec un goût sûr. Tout y est depuis le miroir en pied jusqu'à la bouilloire avec réassort des dosettes tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable, efficace à tous les postes. Le petit déjeuner aussi est très complet et copieux : céréales, yaourts, charcuterie, fromage, fruits, œufs, pains variés et viennoiseries.
Je parierais sur une direction féminine par l'attention aux moindres détails....Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs pour cet hôtel. Il est vieillot d’aspect et le personnel n’est pas particulièrement accueillant. Je suis arrivée en fin de matinée malade avec de la fièvre. J’ai donc gentiment demandé à partir de quelle heure je pouvais prendre la chambre et j’ai reçu une réponse laconique : 15h, l’horaire syndical sans prendre du tout en compte la situation. Même pas un petit mot d’excuses, rien du tout! C’est à prendre ou à laisser. Du coup, j’ai passé 4 heures dans un espace exiguë avec un fauteuil au confort douteux ! Et tout ça quand même pour 159 Euros la nuit! Il y a bien mieux à Paris et dans des quartiers plus sympas. En plus il est loin du métro (8 minutes à pied). |Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y remettrais plus les pieds!

Minha estadia no hotel Du Prince Eugene foi espetacular! Os recepcionistas todos muito simpáticos, me senti realmente em casa.. o hotel também oferece água e café gratuitamente o que também foi um plus.. amamos e com certeza quando voltarmos em Paris vamos ficar lá novamente

Perfecto!!||Lo que más me gustó fue:|- La atención y amabilidad del personal.|- La tranquilidad en la habitación. Muy bien insonorizada.|- El estado en general de la habitación y del hotel. Todo semi-nuevo.|- La limpieza del hotel.|- Nevera en habitación.||Lo que menos me gustó fue: Se podría haber mejorado el tamaño de la habitación. Faltaría un espacio para poder abrir bien las maletas. El resto, perfecto.

Hotel was fine. It is difficult to find good standards in Paris within a decent price range.
We got a room in the 6th floor and felt too small for two male adults as well as the bed which felt too tight. The rooms are very noisy as they are very close to each other and the corridor after leaving elevator given little space between doors. We were lucky having not too noisy neighbours but if so, stay could become unbearable. In the plus side, room was facing an interior patio and it was high, hence no noise from the street was hearable which we highly appreciated. Room was on the hot side due to size, I guess must easily become too hot in sunny days. Luckily Paris did not disappoint and there was slight rain daily.
Service was nice even breakfast felt at times not enough varied and replenishment not enough. Sometimes we had a guy, sometimes a lady and it felt the second was much nicer and took much better care. While you had a decent variety, four breakfast in a row got boring.
Location is not with easy access to the city center but being close to de Nation square makes the location very well connected to several metro lines that can bring you everywhere. So it felt this was a plus.
Ah, try the pizzeria right next to the hotel Ma’trizza. Awesome napolitan pizza.
Overall, we would personally try another hotel next time.

Nous y avons séjourné seulement une nuit mais les chambres sont très confortables le plus c’était la grande terrasse ce qui est très sympathique surtout sur Paris !

18/7/2024 チェックインの時にクレジットカードで宿泊税を払った。21/7/2024 チェックアウトの時に宿泊税がまだ支払われていないと言われた。レシートを確認するがない。レシートを受け取った記憶があいまい。ホテルのクレジット履歴を見せられると履歴が残っていない。クレジットでもう一回払った。クレジットの支払いを確認したら二回払っていました。

A modest hotel with quiet back rooms overlooking pleasant spaces (and an excellent next-door restaurant, Dame Nation, which didn’t seem to generate any noise). Pleasant staff. It’s convenient to two Metro stations, and a bus that goes to Gare du Nord.||The room has hot water for tea and coffee, a lockbox, a good shower and a poor, wall-mounted hair dryer that overheats. The bedding is good. The bed is unfortunately dressed up with corduroy cushions and a coverlet (a pet peeve, since those items don’t often get washed—a bed with nothing on it but clean bedding would be infinitely nicer!) Bedside reading light is very weak. ||Perhaps most important, the windows open in the room and the bathroom, allowing one to sleep with fresh air. ||Breakfast is adequate, with excellent leaf teas from Palais des Thés. (The coffee machine uses long-life milk—best avoided.)

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to its bad service.
Rooms are clean and the location is so convenient that you can access to the nearest station in 5 minutes on foot, and in 10 minutes to the city center by train.
However, the service was awful... they could not change the dates of my stay, despite that I requested it 2 month before my stay and just after my booking as well as the rooms are not full. It was not big change(only 6 nights stay to 5 nights), so I was so surprized. I would understand and could accept it if my stay were during olympic, but it was not. The name of the staff member was Alexandra, whom other comment referred to as bad.
In addition, when I arrived at this hotel, it seemed that one staff member expressed a kind of bad feeling to me on her face. I don't know why, but I hope it was not a kind of unconscious discrimination bcz I'm Asian. I had other bad experiences here, but I must stop here as I don't wanna make my good memories in France stained.

Le quartier est rassurant.

Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné à Paris.
Wifi : fiable et rapide.
Epicerie : petit Franprix et Naturalia sur le Bd de Voltaire, voir le grand Franprix de la rue de Montreuil.
Hôtel : personnel aimable, il y a un petit ascenseur, on peut laisser les bagages avant l'arrivée et après le départ.

authentic Parisian vibe. Although it is far from the hustle of Paris it makes up for all the shops cafes bistros and Metro stations which are a short walk away.
Highly recommend this place if you want to experience real Paris. Thank you to the staff for the kindness you showed us.
