Bar-restaurant in Paris offering seasonal bistro cuisine, from the market, following the chef's inspiration.
This bar-restaurant is the HQ of the partygoers. We settle here to have an evening with friends in a good atmosphere. But on November 13th, 2015 in the evening, La Belle Equipe was hard hit. 19 people were killed. Among them are friends of Houda Saadi, waitress in Café des Anges located rue de la Roquette, came to celebrate her birthday. The young woman was celebrating her 35th birthday with her group of friends, guests, waiters and managers of Café. Some of them were killed by the terrorists, including the wife of the owner of the restaurant, Grégory Reibenberg. Nothing is forgotten but La Belle Equipe reopened, always very happy. The bistro cuisine is always very delicious. It changes according to the seasons, the market and the chef's inspiration: chicken breast, homemade mashed potatoes, foie gras sauce or sea bass fillet with vegetables marinated with ginger, soy and sesame served in good spirit.
