Former butcher's shop in Paris serving a sandwich speciality, a dish of fresh produce and an excellent baguette.
Delphine Zampetti made fine arts, then converted to a few kitchens before investing this old meat, transforming the "v" into "z" to display At Aline. She kept the vintage garden, the meat hooks, the marble counter and add three high chairs in formica. One of its specialties is the sandwich, but not any, the creative please. Here it is cooked as a fresh product based on fresh products: tortilla and sausage, calf tongue, gribiche sauce, fire-in-fire, smoked cream, dill cream with betterave and shallots, to name but those. The little lady regularly changes her toppings, which she locks into an excellent stick or round bread. On the menu also some salads, cold or hot plates. Good take away.
