On one side, the Paul Bert Bistro, on the other side, the Ecailler du Bistrot, its marine annex where you can sit down and enjoy iodized delicacies. It's a wave of freshness for this address that smells like the great outdoors! Oysters you want, here you go, a blue lobster to fall on the ground, a fricassee of shells with cream and coriander, a tartare of pollack, a sole meunière and spleen apples with tarragon, sumptuous seafood platters, it's a festival! Une évasion marine en plein 11ème arrondissement... le cadre est simple dans une petite rue riche en restaurants à deux pas du métro Faidherbe, mais la décoration est très réussie, et l'accueil sympathique. Le service est efficace et la carte une merveille si l'on aime le poisson. Celui-ci est servi juste cuit comme au bord de la mer, ce qui est rare à Paris. En effet, il faut que le poisson soit parfaitement frais pour que ce type de cuisson soit un délice. Et c'est le cas. Seul bémol: le prix n'est pas donné. Mais c'est la qualité est là.
