Message from Management
Cooking runs in the Farroukh family. Haïdar founded his first restaurant, Adonis, in Dakar in 1950. A precocious initiative for this self-taught chef, who was soon helping his mother in the kitchen. He would introduce people to the generosity of Lebanese cuisine.
His son, Fadel, began his career there before moving to Paris in 1999. He devoted himself to introducing people to Lebanese street food and its famous traditional saj. Father and son forge a relationship of trust and sometimes mistrust, but they are aware that they share the same vision and sensibility, that of a generous and loving cuisine, that of Téta....
Today, they're back together, giving us the very best of their culinary passion.
