This centre was founded in 1977 by Swami Vishnudevananda. The courses are divided into different levels. For example, soft classes, adapted to beginners, teach easy postures - no head postures -, breathing and relaxation techniques. The advanced courses, on the other hand, offer a variety of postures that are maintained over a long period of time, and the "integral" version involves a short meditation at the end of the session. Specific courses are given to seniors.

Un vrai de centre yoga qui, malgré sa taille, propose des cours avec des professeurs très attentifs. Beaucoup d'ateliers et d'activités spéciales sont proposées tout au long de l'année, on peut partir en retraite yoga, suivre des cours de méditation ou de cuisine.
