You can enjoy free coffee — on a nice day, it's great to sit in the lovely courtyard outside. There's also a water cooler available.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The area is quiet, and it was comfortable to sleep at night.
There are laundromats, pizzerias, fast food spots, and a restaurant within walking distance.
Le jour de notre arrivée on a eu une catégorie qui coût moins cher, le monsieur qui a été à la réception n a pas pu nous changer la chambre parceque l’hôtel était complet.
Je connais pas les noms des réceptionnistes mais j aimerais bien dire le monsieur qui nous a fait le check-in le soir était aimable, souriant et gentil.
Les réceptionnistes du matin sont deux femmes (je connais pas les noms) une avec une grande taille était gentil, l’autre avec la petite taille nous a même pas dit bonjour, pas du tout convivial, pas de bonjour, rien, même g t très en colère à cause de la mauvaise chambre g dit au revoir en souhaitant une bonne journée, elle nous a même pas répondu ou bien au moin de dire merci.
Cette femme a besoin d’une formation professionnelle, ou bien d’avoir un autre poste loin du contact direct avec les clients, parceque franchement je veux pas commencé ma journée avec un contact comme ça.
