The Quercy Café, hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Vincent, offers a complete faire menu on Thursdays and Fridays only because they are delivered live from Aveyron by small Local producers every Wednesday. The menu consists of farçous (fresh sausage without dye) and son prepared by the boss. Everything is home! The Aubrac's pavé is marinated with thyme of their garden and Aubrac's tartar is chopped on the order. The proposed formulas are composed of fresh products. Good value for money!
