Singer and actor, Maurice Chevalier (1888-1972) won the entire world with his cane and famous canotier, with songs like My Apple or Valentine. Filmmaker Ernst Lubitsch leads him in many Hollywood music films (Parade of Love, 1930, Happy Widow, 1934). He is buried in his stage costume near his mother, in blue smoking, his canotier laid on the chest.
