Mes parents ont séjourné deux fois à cet hôtel. Une fois en été, avec une coupure d'eau toute la journée et le restaurant fermé et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait sur le prix initial.

Ils séjournent actuellement à l'hotel jusqu'à mardi et pareil sur 4 nuits pour 1000euros ils ont eu un changement de chambre le soir en dernière minute pour une plus petit chambre (deux lits simple) pour un problème de fuite d'eau. Aucune aide n'a été donnée à mes parents de 80 ans pour déménager leurs affaires à 23h et toujours aucun geste commercial.

Personnel froid et peu accommodant au téléphone.

Chère cliente, merci pour votre commentaire. Quelques précisions, au mois d'aout, nous avions prévenus au préalable tous nos clients de la coupure d'eau. Et concernant leur deuxième séjour, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour faciliter leur délogement et notre personnel s'est chargé de les aider. En espérant vous revoir.
