Chambre agréable et propre, mais extrêmement froide à l'intérieur de la chambre et radiateur dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas.
En général, je recommanderais.

La chambre était très bien, mais il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas apprécié de ne l'apprendre qu'au moment de partir. Le personnel aurait pu m'en parler et me proposer un chauffage d'appoint. J'ai passé deux nuits blanches ...

La pompe à chaleur en panne donc pas de chauffage. Pour la nuit nous avons eu radiateur d’appoint.
Le séjour précédent c’était un des 2 ascenseurs en panne pour 14 étages.

L'accueil de 13h à mon arrivée était froid pas un sourire j'ai dû attendre 2h à l'extérieur car la chambre était prête pour 15h je suis rentrée dans la chambre vers 15h10 quand on fait un long voyage et qu'on est fatigués on aimerait avoir un sourire et pas vous revenez vers 15h, dommage car l'accueil pour mon départ le monsieur était très sympa et souriant, je ne pense pas que je reviendrai, pas de bouilloire ni sachets de thé, pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux
