La chambre est propre mais pas d'excuse pour le comportement non professionnel lors de la coupure de courant, pas de boissons chaudes, pas de lumière, le petit déjeuner dans l'obscurité, les clients ont été oubliés, pas d'ajout de quelque chose au petit déjeuner à la lumière d'une lampe de poche et le froid ou la demande le lendemain beurre acide, la vaisselle n'est pas correctement propre, la machine à café n'est pas réglée après que la programmation est probablement en panne, pas de sel, pas de chronomètre qui fonctionne, le récipient de thé n'est pas fermé ou collé.
