Decorated guest house with a romantic atmosphere with rooms and garden with trees.

This guest house, run by Christine and Eric Duprez, is a beautiful bourgeois house that was once the property of the writer and poet Sully Prudhomme, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1901. The place is charming with a romantic atmosphere which makes it a very appreciable stopover. One of the rooms is communicating, thus allowing to create a family suite. The house is decorated with elegant furniture and the decoration and the smallest objects are so many touches of refinement. The garden with its hundred-year-old trees is a pleasant place to relax.

Belle expérience. J'ai visité Paris en avril, en logeant dans cette maison très familiale. Le RER pour le centre n'est pas loin (environ une demi-heure en train). En cette saison, le jardin est fleuri et l'air chaud. Chaque grande chambre confortable dispose d'une salle de bains et les lits sont confortables avec des matelas fermes. De grandes fenêtres s'ouvrent sur le jardin luxuriant. Le petit déjeuner est complet et abondant. Je recommande personnellement aux enfants le deuxième étage... pour épargner aux parents quelques marches :-))...ha ! N'oubliez pas qu'il date des années 1800 et qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais d'une jolie maison de vacances privée qu'il convient de respecter.
Les propriétaires sont deux personnes adorables... que je salue et remercie à nouveau.
