This restaurant in Bourg-la-Reine is on the way to becoming a must in the department. Specialized in Asian cuisine and more particularly sushi, the establishment focuses on the fusion of genres and reinterprets these appetizers with very Western influences. The card is made up of creative rolls that you won't find anywhere else! Of course this is not all that the kitchen offers, Fusion N'Rolls also works on sashimi, maki, gyoza and more complete dishes. All plates are made from fresh products and selected ingredients imported from Japan. The only drawback of this address is that it is highly appreciated, which means that the places are expensive. We therefore advise you to book or take your meal to go.

Great sushi restaurant, with dare I say a selection that mixes both innovation and tradition. Indeed, when ordering on your phone, you will be offered a choice between the classic sushi and maki, as well as more exotic options such as the crispy salmon roll, which I highly recommend. Menus are also proposed, a big plus for a more diverse meal. Service was lovely, and if the restaurant isn't packed, you may enjoy the possibility of eating in the "outside" zone. All in all, an experience worth the price, especially when sharing it with friends/peers.
